By accessing or using the Site — including browsing, registering, purchasing, uploading or downloading content — you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Definitions

1.1 “User” means any visitor, viewer, buyer, seller or licensee accessing the Site.
1.2 “Content” means images, graphics, photos, illustrations, text, metadata, and any materials uploaded by Content Creators.
1.3 “Content Creator” means a registered user who uploads and offers Content for sale or license on the Site.
1.4 “Buyer” means a user who purchases a licence to use Content.
1.5 “Licence” means the non-exclusive, revocable right granted to a Buyer to use Content in accordance with the licence type purchased.
1.6 “Price” means the listed cost of Content in South African Rand (ZAR).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site, you confirm that:

You are of legal age (18 years or older) and capable of entering into contracts;
You agree to follow and be legally bound by these Terms;
If you use the Site on behalf of an entity, you declare that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Registration and Accounts

5. Content Uploads and Licensing

5.1 Upload Requirements
Content Creators warrant that:

They own all rights to the Content or have obtained proper authorisations;
The Content is original and does not violate any laws, third-party rights or intellectual property rights.

5.2 Content Review
We reserve the right to review, accept, reject or remove any Content at any time without liability.

5.3 Licence Grant
Upon purchase of a licence:

The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable Licence to use the Content as permitted by the licence type.
No title, ownership, or transferable interest in the Content is conveyed.

5.4 Licence Restrictions
Unless otherwise permitted in the specific licence terms, Buyers may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available the Content to third parties;
Claim authorship of the Content;
Use the Content in unlawful, defamatory, immoral or infringing ways.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Prices
All prices for Content are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without notice.

6.2 Payment Methods
We accept valid payment methods as listed on the Site. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties related to your purchases as required under South African law.

6.4 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the indicated amount.

7. Delivery and Downloads

After successful payment, licensed Content is available for download from your account. We are not responsible for issues resulting from device incompatibility, software limitations, or failed downloads outside our control.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of Content, we do not offer refunds once a licence has been issued and Content downloaded, except where required by law.

If you believe a refund is warranted (e.g., technical error or unauthorised transaction), contact support with details.

9. Rights and Restrictions

9.1 Intellectual Property
All Content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

9.2 User Conduct
