  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Do not impersonate another person or use another person’s account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Uploading and Selling Images

  • By uploading content (including images, artwork, or photography) to Color Space, you confirm that:

    • You are the original creator or have the legal right to upload and sell that content.

    • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

  • You retain full ownership of your work; however, by uploading, you grant Color Space a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and sell your content on the Website.

  • Color Space may remove or disable access to any content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Artists and photographers set their own prices, subject to Color Space’s minimum and maximum pricing policies.

  • When a sale occurs, Color Space will process payments, deduct applicable service fees or commissions, and remit the balance to the creator’s registered payment account.

  • Payments will be made according to the payment schedule provided on the Website.

  • All earnings are displayed in your dashboard and may be subject to local taxes or currency conversion fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, are the property of Color Space or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Website without prior written permission.

6. Buyer Terms

  • Buyers receive a license to use the purchased image according to the license type specified at the time of purchase (e.g., personal, commercial, or editorial use).

  • Buyers are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of purchased images.

  • Color Space and the artist are not liable for any misuse of the content by the buyer.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or sell content that:

  • Contains pornography, explicit nudity, or sexual content.

  • Promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.

  • Infringes on third-party rights or violates privacy.

  • Includes misleading, stolen, or AI-generated works without proper disclosure.

Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

8. Commissions and Fees

Color Space may charge commission fees for sales made on the platform. The applicable rates are outlined on our “Pricing” or “Seller Information” pages.
These rates may change with notice.

9. Refunds and Disputes

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate transactions, download issues, or proven content infringement.

  • Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. Color Space may mediate disputes at its discretion.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You upload illegal or infringing content.

  • We receive verified legal complaints regarding your uploads or activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

Color Space provides the Website “as is” and makes no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or reliability.
We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business.

  • Unauthorised access or alteration of your content.

  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
